How Does Express Care Work?
For one hour a day 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, a licensed and trained/background-checked individual will come to your home and support an hour’s worth of predefined tasks such as:
- Assistance getting up and out of bed for breakfast or lunch
- Assistance with bathing, dressing, incontinence care
- Medication Reminders
- Meal Prep
- Companionship
- Trash Removal
- Light housekeeping and as much laundry can be done in an hour
